Metro Consulting Associates (MCA) finalized the full reconstruction of Broadway Avenue. This multi-phase project included roadway and streetscape improvements, water main upgrades, and lead service line replacements along the City of Muskegon Heights’ main corridor.
This 1.78-mile construction project was funded by various sources, including phase one, funded by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), and phases two and three, funded by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and the Local Agency Program (LAP).
MCA completed road design, funding management, and construction management across the road’s three phases. Throughout the project, our team collaborated with the city and other consultants on the water and lead service line upgrades to streamline efforts, increase efficiency, and deliver results for the city.
