Rowan Park Splash Pad

The City of Muskegon Heights received two separate grants to fund the Park Improvement Program, including $250,000 from Consumers Energy Foundation and the DNR SPARK grant to redevelop the City’s two-acre Rowan Park. This includes the installation of a splash pad, the addition of essential public restroom facilities, landscaping, and ADA compliant enhancements.

MCA’s scope includes community engagement, land surveying, design development of the splash pad, site planning, and civil construction.

The project is scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2026.
