Main Event Development

Metro Consulting Associates (MCA) performed site development services on this 48,675-square-foot national indoor family entertainment facility. Our team’s scope included surveying, ecological, and civil engineering services on this 6.2-acre site.

In 2014, our team performed site development services for the entire commercial area, and has since assisted in developing two commercial developments in addition to Main Event. With this previous knowledge, our team gained a deeper understanding of the project site, which offered more efficient and complete services.

Our local presence also added value to this national chain’s development. As a destination entertainment center, we provided hometown knowledge to the client as they broke into the Southern Michigan market.

The entertainment facility held its grand opening on August 11, 2025.
