To kickstart the project, our survey team provided a constraints map that identified blanket easement impacts throughout the project site.
In addition, the survey team provided topographic and ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys for the entire development site to facilitate site engineering and construction.
Once construction was complete, Metro Consulting Associates created As-Built ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys of the renewable power plant that identified key features such as fences, access roads, driveways, substations and inverters, solar array blocks, and stormwater basins and inlets.
