The project involved coordination of off-site utility improvements with a large-scale City watermain and a road rehabilitation project immediately adjacent to the site.
The development’s underground detention system is an efficient use of very limited space within the 2-acre urban site. Located below the underground parking structure, the system is nestled closely around the buildings footings to maximize overall volume and infiltration needs.
The landscaping design includes extensive foundation and streetscape plantings, along with a rooftop courtyard and pool.
