Metro Consulting Associates President Damon L. Garrett, PE, has spent the last decade serving as the Director of the Highland Park Water Department. Leading the replacement of 100-year-old water service lines, overseeing safe drinking water delivery and regulatory compliance, and supporting the City through navigating lawsuits, Damon has found his purpose while working in Highland Park.
