Project Summary
Metro Consulting Associates performed courthouse research, ground survey showing property boundaries and road rights-of-ways, existing easements along route corridor, existing utilities (SUE), and LiDAR verification.
To support land acquisition activities, the survey team provided easement exhibits for new easement areas along the 8-mile route. The survey crew also staked proposed pole and easement locations for the purpose of clearing and construction.
In addition, our land agents provided pre-acquisition and acquisition services to accompany our land surveying support which included full right-of-way negotiations.
