Menards Program Work

Since 2011, Metro Consulting Associates (MCA) has served as a “go to” development consultant for Menards, a leading home improvement retailer, providing a comprehensive mix of services from site due diligence and engineering through construction support.


950 Greene Street

The project involved coordination of off-site utility improvements with a large-scale City watermain and a road rehabilitation project immediately adjacent to the site.


The Woods

The cluster housing option selected for this development facilitated more open space with an enhanced stormwater management system and landscape buffers utilizing the site’s existing natural features. The project included concept planning, site design, permitting, and construction support services for the nine residential lots and associated private road, utilities, and landscaping.
