With 16 years of experience, Jordan delivers technical expertise regarding water and sewer infrastructure, leading the municipal operations team with everything from ongoing maintenance to emergency responses.

In his role as Operator in Charge, Jordan collaborates with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional water and sewer services while engaging community residents to understand and effectively address their evolving needs.

Jordan is a certified S2 Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Waterworks Operator and Stormwater Operator. In addition to his NASSCO MACP, LACP, and PACP certifications and APNGA Potable Nuclear Gauge & Hazmat certification, Jordan has a bachelor of applied arts from Central Michigan University.
