Drawing from over a decade of experience in construction administration, including management of construction materials and municipal water systems operations, Ash significantly impacts the communities where she works. Her portfolio highlights expertise in cost estimation, resource leveling, pay estimates, and much more.

As a liaison between office and field staff, Ash monitors all phases of project lifecycles, endlessly enhancing her motivation towards excellence, especially in underserved communities, to improve community infrastructure.

Ash holds a master’s degree in construction management from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute in Mumbai, India. She is a Certified Associate Constructor (CAC level one) per the American Institute of Constructors and is OSHA 30-Hour construction certified.
