Fifth Ave Underground Parking Structure | Ann Arbor, Michigan 

As Metro Consulting Associates (MCA) marks 15 years of excellence, we revisit one of our first signature projects that reflects our origins as land surveyors. In 2009, as MCA took its first steps, we secured a defining project: a four-story underground parking structure in downtown Ann Arbor. 

Our surveyors provided construction layout for column lines, street improvements, and more than 100 TERS piles while establishing and monitoring the development’s control network. This high-profile project, which kept our growing team engaged for over three years, showcased the expertise that would become MCA’s hallmark.
