With 30 years of experience in land surveying, project management and team mentoring, Gary facilitates communication and coordination between survey managers, field crews, CAD operators and engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget and fulfill quality standards.

Gary boasts a rich background in land development, coupled with expertise in mobile LiDAR surveying technology. Relying on three decades of industry knowledge, he spearheads the department’s QA/QC initiatives.

A licensed professional surveyor, Gary earned a bachelor’s degree in land surveying and an associate degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is also OSHA 40-hour certified.
