Gail brings over 25 years of right of way (ROW) acquisition experience with expertise in negotiations, relocations, and purchases for road, utility, and various local public agency projects, including the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). She has successfully completed many projects subject to the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act and MDOT ROW regulations.
Gail’s mission is to help clients successfully navigate infrastructure projects through ongoing communication with landowners. As such, she oversees all project requirements, quality control of legal documents and accounting reports, and project staffing. Gail goes above and beyond to provide innovative solutions to each and every project she touches.
A known leader in the field, Gail is the Region 5 (eight-state region) Treasurer of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and former Chapter 7 (Michigan) President. She is a Michigan licensed real estate broker and MDOT certified for ROW Acquisition. In addition, Gail is the recipient of the Michigan IRWA 2021 Professional of the Year Award and 2022 recipient of the Graham Woodhouse Intergovernmental Effort Award for her contributions to the Pucker Street Dam Removal and Dowagiac River Restoration Project in Niles, Michigan.
