“I was introduced to Zweig in 2004 when I started my first position as the Executive Assistant to a fast-growing AEC firm. Zweig is recognized as the “go-to” resource by most AEC firms. They have been recognized four times on the Inc. 500/5000 list and used as a resource to assist in the management and marketing for AEC firms.”
How do you apply this resource?
“I’m subscribed to The Zweig Letter. Each Monday, I start the week with original insights, relatable articles, and new strategic tools. I’ve found that other firms experience some of the same growing pains as MCA, which has provided me with valuable advice on how to resolve them .
I utilize many of the strategies they provide daily to interact with other teammates, adjusting how I approach creating proposals and generally staying informed and up-to-date in our industry.”

It takes five minutes to review, and I’m able to catch up on industry happenings, step outside the ‘MCA bubble’, and gain unique perspectives.
