Leveraging the expert staff in the firm’s Cincinnati, Ohio office, Metro Consulting Associates (MCA) is now Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) prequalified for Right of Way Plan Development—Limited.

MCA’s Survey Project Manager Scott Lindgren, PS, will lead the firm’s ODOT projects. A licensed professional surveyor, Lindgren is an ODOT certified right of way plan reviewer with 20 years of ODOT experience with right of way projects ranging from small-parcel culvert replacements to large, complex multi-model interchange redesigns.
