With more than 20 years of experience in GIS design and analysis, Chip brings an expertise in the development and management enterprise GIS systems, GIS-based asset management tools, and mapping and visual support for complex land and data management needs to identify project, operational, and business opportunities.

His project experience ranges from one-acre wetland maps, to multi-state transmission corridor asset management programs, and city-wide infrastructure databases. He savors the moments when clients both internal and external to the firm realize efficiencies and cost savings utilizing GIS tools crafted by the team.

A certified Cityworks® administrator, Chip holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from Eastern Michigan University.
